The YMCA of the Palm Beaches is hosting the first Annual Family Fitness Festival on August 7, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Family Fitness Festival will be free and open to the public.  Events include but are not limited to:  Fitness Demonstrations, Zumba, Family Boot Camp, Tae Kwon Do, Water Play, Bounce Houses, Face Painting, Open Swim and Free Skate in the Skate Board Park.  Foundcare, a community health center, will be on site offering free health screenings. Foundcare representatives will also be scheduling appointments for low cost school physicals and immunizations.  While families are enjoying the YMCA free for the day they can enroll their children in Preschool, After School care, Youth Sports, Swim Lessons and other activities.  The YMCA will be free to the public on August 7th and the joining fee will be waived.
