Prime Time Palm Beach County’s Afterschool Symposium 2012 will bring together afterschool professionals and educators for a full day of comprehensive professional (training) and networking opportunities. Participants can select from a variety of workshops and special training opportunities led by content experts, view the latest in resources and meet exhibitors at our exhibit hall, network and interact with peers and colleagues from across Palm Beach County and South Florida while enhancing their knowledge of common interest and challenges in the profession. The theme of the symposium is “Full STEAM Ahead: Advancing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math in the Afterschool Field.” The goal of the symposium is to inspire the love of science and inquiry in afterschool professionals in order to assist them in igniting the interest in STEAM learning and future careers for our children and youth.
