Fair Housing and Foreclosure Services Now in Delray Beach

The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc., is pleased to announce its partnership with the City of Delray Beach to provide fair housing and foreclosure services to city residents.

Beginning on Thursday, February 23, 2012, individuals will be able meet with Legal Aid Society housing advocates and attorneys at the Neighborhood Resource Center (located at 141 SW 12th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444) and receive advice and information on the following topics:

• Fair housing rights
• Mortgage foreclosure assistance
• Mortgage rescue scam prevention
• Resources for tenants in foreclosure

Legal Aid Society staff will also conduct educational programs for the community on these topics in the coming months.

One-on-one appointments will be held on the 3^rd Thursday of every month between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
